The position holds full accountability for sales performance, team leadership, strategic partnerships, and customer satisfaction in the health and nutrition markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and manage the sales team across regions and key accounts.
Define and implement the sales strategy across B2B channels in the health, nutrition, and functional ingredients space.
Establish and nurture high-level relationships with customers in the food and nutrition, dietary supplement, and functional food sectors.
Work closely with marketing, product management, and R&D to align commercial strategy with pipeline and market needs.
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, KPIs, and margins; drive accountability and growth targets.
Represent the company at trade fairs, customer meetings, and strategic partner engagements.
Collaborate with executive leadership to inform long-term commercial planning and investment.
Requirements
~10+ years of commercial leadership experience in
~ Proven track record in driving international sales growth and managing diverse teams.
~ Strong understanding of B2B ingredient markets and regulatory frameworks.
~ Fluent in English; German proficiency highly desirable.
~ Strategic thinker with operational execution skills and strong people leadership.
