Your tasks at Raynet
Close collaboration and coordination within an agile, international Product Management team to deliver innovative product solutions together;
Defining and developing the product vision and strategic roadmap;
Managing the entire product discovery process – from initial ideas through concepts to validated features;
Bridging the gap between customers, sales, development, and stakeholders;
Active expectation management and prioritization of the product backlog;
Designing and implementing ideas, mockups, and prototypes to validate customer needs;
Conducting thorough market and competitive analyses to identify trends and technological opportunities;
Supporting go-to-market strategy by delivering product presentations and webinars for customers and partners.
Your qualifications
2-3 years of experience in product management at a software company, in B2B software environments, or SaaS;
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or product discovery (e.g., Design Thinking);
UX affinity and a strong eye for user experience, with experience using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, etc.;
Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into clear business cases;
Confidence and excellent presentation skills (in German and English) to communicate technical content in an engaging way;
A proactive "hands-on" mentality.
