We are looking for a
Sales Account Manager (m/f/div.)
functional responsibilities:
* Promote and sell a portfolio of products and / or services and solution to existing and potential customers.
* Provide professional leadership in planning, organising, and controlling sales growth, continued account penetration, and customer satisfaction.
* Utilise strong product / market knowledge and sales experience to manage complex sales and resolve customer questions and concerns.
* solve customer questions and problems and manage sales.
* Retain, extend, and acquire customers through effective identification of opportunities and the creation and implementation of solutions.
* Create, monitor, and revise plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
* Meet or over achieve Company targets.
* Maintain positive relationships with existing customer base.
* Develop new relationships with prospective customers.
* Provide operational assistance when necessary to maintain business continuity.
* Cooperate with Technical Support and Marketing teams to monitor and achieve customer satisfaction.
* Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations to management.
* Keep management informed by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
* Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, etc.
* Build image and brand in eyes of customer.
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending designated training as and when required.
* Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics, the Quality Management System, the Company Policies and the Corporate Procedures.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

* Fluent English (spoken) is mandatory
* MS Office, SAP (or equivalent)
Education/ professional Experience
* Master or Bachelor of Science or equivalent, alternatively apprenticeship as MTA (with professional experience)
* Ideally 3 years (or above) of sales experience with proven track record in IVD market
* laboratory background is a plus
* Readiness to travel extensively with overnight stays as required
* Ideally located in between Frankfurt and Kassel (serving the Central region, more specifically postal codes 34, 35, 36, 37, 60 to 68, 76)
