To drive this journey, we are looking for a Head of Sales Germany who will take full ownership of building and scaling the commercial model.
Position Elaway as a trusted partner in the German EV charging ecosystem
Go-to-market and sales model
Design and implement a scalable B2B2C sales model
Establish structured sales processes, tools and KPIs
Hands-on execution
Recruit and develop a high-performing sales organization over time
Strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Experience in start-up, scale-up or similarly fast-paced environments
Experience in B2B or B2B2C sales models
You are structured and data-driven
Language: Fluent German and English required
