YOUR ROLE
* Consultant and contact person for all HR-related issues from individual personnel measures to reorganizations
* Independent management of the specialist area to drive forward the strategic HR agenda
* Support and management of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
* Identify top talent as part of succession planning, advising on development measures and salary and performance appraisals
* Stakeholder and interface management as well as collaboration with the respective HR specialists/departments (payroll, learning/development, employer branding, pensions department, etc.)
* Case handling in accordance with collective agreements and applicable labor law
* Trusting cooperation with the works council
YOUR SKILLS
* Very good university degree in the relevant field and at least three years of relevant professional experience
* Confident and professional appearance with excellent communication skills
* High willingness to cooperate, ability to work in a team and flexibility and willingness to travel
* Project management skills are an advantage
* Very good time and self-management skills
* Business fluent in German and English in a business context
