Senior Product Manager

Position type: Full-time, hybrid (2 days per week from the office in Bülowstraße, 3 days from home).
The role
As the Senior Product Manager you'll play a big role in shaping the future of our products through outcome-driven development and a bold, innovation-led roadmap. As part of a collaborative Product & Engineering team, you’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, bringing new features, services, and ideas to life for both our customers and internal teams. You’ll bring together strong product strategy, customer insight, and agile delivery methodologies to deliver high-quality features that meet customer needs and drive business value.
What you will be doing
* Understanding and championing the business, customer and user’s needs
* Defining Product Roadmap and what success looks like
* Working very closely with key stakeholders to shape goals for the product
* Collaborating with the Product Design team and key partners on discovery process
* Translating high-level solutions into epics and user stories with appropriate context and detail for the engineering team to deliver on
* Working closely with engineers, being available to answer questions and provide clarity whenever necessary
* Management and maintenance of the product backlog
* Leading sprint review meetings, demonstrating features and taking feedback from partners
* Producing and maintaining any relevant product documentation

Skills required
* Previous experience in a Product Management role
* Familiarity with customer-centric product development methodologies and principles
* Familiarity with agile software development principles and approaches
* Comfortable translating business, system, and behavioural data into useful insights for validation and prioritisation
Even better if you have
* Good knowledge of the Atlassian toolset including JIRA
* Experience working in an e-commerce and/or logistics operations
* Experience collaborating with UI/UX colleagues on designs and prototypes using tools such as Figma and FigJam
* A familiarity with the principles of UX, UI design and data-informed decision making
