We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager EMEA Alliance (f/m/d) to join our division starting at the earliest possible opportunity.
Your responsibilities
Responsibility – As part of the EMEA Alliance team you will execute, and manage the Alliance's strategy and business plan, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth. You will identify and support opportunities across EMEA. You use Salesforce to ensure clean pipeline management, clear stage definitions, professional deal tracking and accurate forecasting.Collaboration – In collaboration with the alliance and company management, you will develop and identify GTM solutions that are consistent with the company and technology strategy. In addition, you will act as a strategic advisor to the alliance and build relationships with various teams. You run disciplined pipeline and deal reviews with stakeholders, define clear close plans and work closely with partners.Synergies - Your role will involve identifying additional synergies to expand the alliance programme, as well as working with cross-industry and cross-service practice teams to implement alliance initiatives.Campaigns - You will be responsible for coordinating and conducting business planning meetings and ongoing planning meetings with alliance and company executives. In Addition, you will support the alliance's sales and marketing campaigns, as well as monitoring the approval of all reporting requirements and performance indicators.
Your profile
1. You have successfully completed your Business Administration degree or a comparable programme.
2. You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales leadership roles and in dealing with various stakeholders. You have a proven track record of building and managing a scalable sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. You also have strong influencing, negotiating and moderation skills.
3. You are fluent in English, German and French spoken and written.
4. You are confident working with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce and AWS systems) and sales methodologies.
