Traka is part of ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions and has a strong and growing presence in the DACH region. To further expand our business and strengthen the Traka and KEYper brands, we are now looking for a Junior Sales Manager based in Germany.

Introduction

As a Junior Sales Manager at Traka DACH, you will actively support the growth of our business in Germany by engaging with customers, identifying new business opportunities and developing new market segments. You will work closely with the technical, sales and international teams within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions and report directly to the General Manager Traka DACH.

This is a hands-on, field-oriented role with a strong focus on active customer engagement, opportunity development and long-term relationship building. In addition to acquiring new customers, you will also support and further develop existing accounts.





Main Responsibilities

* Actively approach and engage potential customers to develop new business opportunities
* Identify, evaluate and develop new market and application areas for Traka and KEYper solutions
* Build, manage and continuously expand your own customer portfolio
* Support and grow existing customer relationships by identifying upselling and expansion potential
* Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and needs assessments – remotely and on site
* Develop tailored solution concepts in close collaboration with technical and engineering teams
* Manage the sales process from initial contact through quotation to contract closure
* Maintain and track leads, opportunities and projects in Salesforce
* Monitor market and competitor trends to derive new sales and business development approaches
* Represent Traka at customer events, trade fairs, exhibitions and demonstrations



Who you are

You are a proactive, goal-oriented and communicative personality with a clear hunter mentality. You enjoy approaching customers, identifying opportunities in the market and working in a structured way towards your own success. At the same time, you value teamwork and take ownership of your results.

Requirements

* First experience in B2B sales, ideally in a technical environment
* Strong hunter mentality with a passion for active customer engagement and business development
* High level of self-motivation, clear goal orientation and an entrepreneurial mindset
* Technical affinity or strong willingness to quickly and structuredly learn new topics and solution areas
* Structured, independent and reliable working style with a high level of ownership
* Native-level German and English skills at least at B2 level
* Willingness to travel within the DACH region
* Valid Class B driver’s license

Location

The position is based in Germany. Hybrid work is possible. Regional travel within the DACH area will be required for events and exhibitions.
