Client Overview
Our client is currently undertaking a strategic upgrade to IFS Cloud as part of a major ERP transformation program. They are seeking an experienced IFS Project Manager to lead the delivery of this upgrade.
Role Summary
You will lead the end-to-end IFS Cloud upgrade, ensuring successful delivery from planning through go-live and hypercare. The role requires strong ERP project leadership and close coordination with business, IT, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the IFS Cloud upgrade program (planning to go-live)
* Manage scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholders
* Coordinate internal teams, SI partners, and vendors
* Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment
* Ensure alignment with IFS Cloud best practices
* Manage risks, issues, and reporting to senior stakeholders
* Support change management and user adoption
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering IFS ERP upgrades or implementations (IFS Cloud preferred)
* Strong ERP project management background
* Fluency in German and English
* Experience with system integrators and large transformation projects
* Knowledge of at least one ERP domain: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or EAM
* Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall delivery methods
