HELPING OUR CLIENTS UNLOCK GROWTH IN THE PLATFORM WORLD
Our clients compete in the platform world, a horizontal marketplace between creators and consumers, between speakers and listeners, between buyers and sellers. To thrive in the platform world, companies must continue to innovate their products and business models. Four imperatives (1. Real Identity, 2. Dynamic, Diverse and Disruptive Creativity 3., Smart Media and 4. Direct Relationships) via our suite of world-class agencies, are necessary for modern brands to win in the platform world. At Publicis Groupe, we’ve invested in capabilities across these four imperatives our clients need to unlock growth. As the only one who can architect, build and orchestrate end to end solutions, not only do we have a proven record of building bespoke models for clients and leading expertise across all major industry categories, we are able to offer our talents more opportunities to grow and benefit from a richer learning experience. We call this Power of One. Powered by a 100,000-strong network via Marcel, our AI-based platform, we are also able to provide our clients and talents instant access to resource, knowledge for any need, any time, in any market.
The Team
You’ll join our Media Operations Product Team in Dusseldorf, Germany, a cross-functional group that drives product development across our Unified OS platform—an internal tool suite that powers everything from media planning and audience generation to campaign activation and reporting.
You'll work within the Sales Servicing team, a strategic application within the platform that enables global configuration and deployment across markets. You’ll partner with an international group of engineers (EU, India, Eastern Europe) and collaborate closely with other product managers, client servicing teams, and technical leads.
The Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape the evolution of one of our most business-critical internal platforms.

You will be guiding its transformation as we consolidate legacy systems into a unified global platform. You'll drive requirement gathering, write clear user stories, manage sprint planning, and ensure seamless delivery with engineering partners.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact product at the intersection of media operations and technology, with real ownership and visibility across the organisation.
Responsibilities:

* Own and manage the product backlog; lead sprint planning and quarterly goal setting
* Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality delivery and feature releases
* Coordinate with other product teams to ensure alignment and integration across the platform
* Track progress, evaluate performance, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Qualifications:
* Experience in product or technical project management (ideally with web applications)
* A strong grasp of how digital platforms work, including data flows and integration points
* Experienced in working closely with engineers in agile development environments
* The ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive clarity
* Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Bonus points if you have:
* Exposure to media, advertising, or digital marketing environments
* Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe
* A background in engineering with a passion for product
Why join us?
* Shape a high-impact, in-house platform that powers media operations across our global Publicis network
