About the Role
SThree is seeking an experienced Regional Real Estate & Facilities Manager with specific Project Management experience to join our team. This is predominantly an office-based position but does require an element of travel and the ability to work from home.
In this role, you will lead workplace and facilities operations across the region, ensuring our offices are safe, compliant, and optimized to support employee performance, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for fit-outs and refurbishments, and drive operational efficiencies while enhancing the overall workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the global Real Estate & Facilities Management (RE & FM) strategy in alignment with SThree’s People Strategy
* Guide regional leaders on compliance, governance, and best practices
* Support lease negotiations and develop business cases for new sites or renewals
* Oversee day-to-day property operations, lease obligations, and tenancy matters
* Deliver flexible, innovative office solutions that align with Global standards
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain audit readiness
* Manage OPEX and CAPEX investments, identifying cost efficiencies and improvements
* Lead hard and soft FM services, including vendor relationships and office compliance
* Manage fit-outs and refurbishments, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Tech Ops, H&S, ESG, and Procurement
* Supervise a regional network of facilities managers and coordinators
* Monitor occupancy levels and provide strategic recommendations to the Global Director of Property
* Ensure all offices meet risk, health and safety, ESG, financial, and tenancy obligations
Qualifications:
* 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate real estate and facilities management
* Proven ability to manage multi-site portfolios, ideally across multiple countries
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Deep understanding of compliance, H&S and ESG in a corporate setting
* IOSH certification (NEBOSH desirable)
* Degree-qualified, preferably in a related field
* Fluent in English and the region’s main language
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-driven systems
* Willingness to travel across the region
