Join us as a Service Excellence Project Manager and take the lead in our Mission 30 (M30) Services initiative. Based in Sarstedt or Düsseldorf (Germany) or Søborg (Denmark), you’ll play a key role in accelerating growth, boosting profitability, and delivering world-class service across our international operations. Responsibilities / Tasks What You’ll Do Lead Strategic Programs: Turn high-level goals into actionable workstreams with clear KPIs and milestones. Align Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior leaders across divisions, regions, and corporate functions to ensure cohesive execution. Shape the Operating Rhythm: Design and manage key events, reviews, and governance forums to keep our transformation on track. Promote Best Practices: Establish global mechanisms for knowledge sharing and innovation adoption. Optimize Service Operations: Ensure our service delivery model is efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs. Your Profile / Qualifications What You Bring A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 3 years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a global services or industrial environment. A proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes. Strong understanding of service business models, KPIs, and operational excellence frameworks. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
