Tasks & Responsibilities
* Supporting the implementation of the BNPP IT Governance framework in the IT Production Security department.
* Maintenance of the procedure repository and support the creation of procedures or the transfer of local procedure in entities into transversal versions
* Answering Audit requests and support the delivery to Audit recommendations in the IT Governance area
* Collecting evidence for the Global Control Campaigns
* Maintaining the IT Production Security Service Catalogue
* Monitoring SLA’s and inform about deviations
* Monitoring IT Production metrics
Profile
* Degree in IT or related subject and/or equivalent vocational training/work experience
* Knowledge of the principles of Information security and security standards for information systems
* Strong expertise in current Security technologies, IT-Governance and compliance
* Experience conducting internal and external audits
* Knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance tools
* Strong knowledge of governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR
* Experience in designing and implementing internal controls and risk mitigation strategies
* Ability to assess and enhance organizational policies, procedure and security controls
* Strong technical skills (particularly in IT and IT security) with demonstrated experience in technical writing
* Good organization and coordination competences, including the preparation of detailed plans
* Fluent in German and English
