Do you want to take ownership of quality in a growing high-tech company shaping the future of smart energy? We are looking for a hands-on and forward-thinking Quality Manager (f/m/d) to lead and continuously improve our product quality, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
Responsibilities
* Establish and manage a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 27001
* Ensure product compliance with German calibration law (Eichrecht), PTB, and IEC standards (e.g., IEC 62052/62053)
* Lead internal and external audits, aiming for high audit success and minimal non-conformities
* Work closely with R&D to embed quality into product design and reduce post-launch defects
* Cooperate with external certification bodies (e.g., PTB, NMI, TÜV) to accelerate time-to-market
* Manage root cause analysis (RCA) and drive CAPA processes with a focus on timely closure and measurable outcomes
* Support customer service with the analysis of field complaints and performance data
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, delivering quantifiable results in product and process quality
Requirements
* Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in quality management for complex or high-volume products
* Proven knowledge of ISO 9001; experience with ISO 14001 and ISO/IEC 27001 is highly valued
* Strong understanding of calibration laws, electronic test methods, and certification processes
* Proactive mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
* Based in the Berlin/Brandenburg area or open to relocation
