Your Tasks
* To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and visionary Product Owner/Manager for Marketing 360° (m/f/d) under the Product Personalize to further develop our recommendations and act as a central point of contact for all stakeholders
* Product Value Creation and Integration: Responsibility for the further development of our Customer recommendations and the integration of customer journey for all type of customer and for all channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications
* Understand business goals and how personalization can support them (e.g., retention, conversion, engagement)
* Identify opportunities for personalization across the user journey (onboarding, content recommendations, UI customization, notifications, etc.)
* Set KPIs (e.g., lift in CTR, engagement time, conversion rates)
* Creation of a medium- to long-term product roadmap in coordination with product owners and senior product managers
* Team Leadership: Leading a team of experienced product owners and supporting and coordinating the team to ensure that products are developed efficiently and with high quality
* Effective Product Management: From discovery, planning, and demand management to dependencies and delivery – maximizing value creation while considering product strategy and team capacities
* Stakeholder Management: Working with internal and external stakeholders at all management levels to gather requirements and expectations and ensure successful implementation
* Process Optimization: Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase the efficiency and quality of product development
Your Profile
* A degree in business informatics, business administration or a comparable degree program
* Several years of professional experience in product management, in particular in the development and integration of customer recommendations for Online, Offline customer, with consent or without consent
* Management experience of cross-functional teams and collaboration with developers and specialist departments
* Proven track record of shipping successful consumer- or data-facing products
* Strong prioritization, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management skills
* Passion for data, personalization, and ethical product design
* Strong communication and storytelling ability (can explain complex ML topics to non-technical stakeholders)
* Background in consumer tech, e-commerce, media, or B2B SaaS with personalization-heavy features
* Experience using qualitative and quantitative research to define and validate personalization use cases
* Empathy for diverse user needs and an understanding of ethical personalization (bias, privacy, trust)
* Fluent in English, German and additional language skills are a plus
