With operations across Asia and rapidly expanding across Europe, we are building a scalable logistics network in Germany.
To support our growth and operational setup, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to drive HR topics on-site and act as a strong partner to the business.
Your Responsibilities
* Act as a strategic and operational HR partner for business leaders and local management
* Support and advise on all HR-related topics across the employee lifecycle
* Drive recruiting activities in close collaboration with Talent Acquisition
* Manage employee relations topics, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
* Ensure compliance with German labor law and internal policies
* Support onboarding, performance management, and development processes
* Partner closely with operations to understand workforce needs and support scaling
* Contribute to building efficient HR structures and processes in a fast-growing environment
Your Profile
* Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
* Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role
* Strong knowledge of German labor law
* Hands-on mentality with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
* Experience in fast-paced, international, or logistics environments is a plus
* Fluent in German and English
* Chinese language skills are a plus
