We are looking for a Mid-Level Experiential Designer / Project Manager (f/m/d) to join our Berlin office and create spatial experiences that connect brands and audiences in meaningful ways. In this role, you will independently lead experiential projects, develop spatial concepts and installations, and collaborate closely with design, strategy, and production teams. You bring strong creative and organizational skills, a sense for detail and storytelling, and a passion for culture, design, and architecture. DEINE MISSION. Develop creative concepts, spatial designs, and storytelling frameworks for brand experiences, events, and installations independently lead mid-size experiential projects and support senior leads in large-scale productions Plan, coordinate, and manage timelines, budgets, and production partners Communicate directly with clients and external stakeholders within your project scope Translate creative ideas into clear visual and spatial executions (moodboards, layouts, 3D models, plans, presentations) Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints Support junior designers with guidance and feedback WAS DU MITBRINGST. A degree in Spatial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Event Design, or a related field 3–5 years of professional experience in spatial or experiential design, preferably in an agency environment Proven experience in developing and producing creative projects independently Proficiency in Rhino (or similar 3D software), Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote) Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of materials, light, and spatial storytelling Excellent communication and organizational skills, with confidence in client interactions A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to keep calm under pressure Fluent in German and English WAS WIR BIETEN.
