Role Overview As an Account Manager, you will drive predictable revenue growth by proactively identifying expansion opportunities and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. By building multi-threaded relationships, you will act as a strategic partner, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable business impact and transforming customer challenges into long-term, high-value partnerships. Responsibilities Build and execute account or territory plans to generate pipeline and drive expansion across existing and new customers. Lead opportunities from discovery to close with clear structure, aligning value, managing stakeholders, and ensuring consistent progress. Develop multi-threaded relationships and engage key stakeholders to support long-term success and growth. Identify and develop opportunities for broader adoption, new use cases, and long-term partnerships. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast visibility, ensuring predictable revenue and disciplined execution. Work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver value and create seamless customer experiences. Requirements You’ve worked in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles in SaaS, data, or technology environments. You understand how to prioritize accounts, identify growth opportunities, and build structured plans, whether across large enterprises or focused mid-market territories. You create trust across stakeholders, from practitioners to senior decision-makers, and know how to navigate complex organizations. You bring discipline to pipeline generation, deal progression, and forecasting, with a clear focus on outcomes and accountability. You connect customer challenges to business impact and translate solutions into measurable value. You work closely with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and partners to drive customer success and expansion. What Success Looks Like Proactive identification of new use cases and expansion opportunities, maintaining a healthy, predictable pipeline that meets or exceeds territory revenue targets. Customer business challenges are successfully translated into clear ROI, ensuring clients view the platform as a critical driver of business outcomes rather than just a technical tool. Deep, lasting trust is established beyond a single point of contact to ensure the partnerships remain resilient and strategic. The sales lifecycle is managed with high discipline, providing accurate forecasting and collaborating seamlessly with Customer Success and Sales Engineering to deliver a unified customer experience.
