Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform preliminary machine troubleshooting
2. Ensure safety measures for machine are all adhered to
3. Record production data
4. Complete quality audits and fill-out related paperwork
5. Communicate production and mechanical issues effectively to shift lead or supervisor
Additional Responsibilities
6. Make decisions within scope of responsibility
7. Adhere to production schedule and quality standards
8. Comply with all safety and health regulations
9. Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area
10. Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards
11. Effectively communicate and train others as needed

Work Experience and Education
14. High school diploma or equivalent level of education
15. 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred
16. Fluent in local language and be able to read, write, and speak English (if not local language) at basic level.
17. Basic math skills and good use of logic
18. Able to work and think independently
19. Prior experience working on a machine
Specific knowledge
20. Some experience in manufacturing is preferred
