Key Responsibilities Develop and grow your territory with full commercial ownership, executing a strategic plan to meet and exceed revenue goals for both capital equipment and SaaS products. Build deep, long‑lasting relationships with practice owners, clinicians, and key decision‑makers; acting as a true partner in improving patient outcomes. Drive business development, identifying new opportunities, converting leads, and positioning a genuinely best‑in‑class medical technology solution. Manage the full sales cycle from qualification through to close. Install equipment post‑sale, ensuring seamless onboarding and demonstrating the value of the software ecosystem. Troubleshoot, train, educate and advise clinics on both the hardware and AI/SaaS tools — empowering them to transform their workflows. Who We’re Looking For You are a commercially sharp, highly driven sales professional who thrives in fast‑growing environments and excels in relationship‑driven, consultative sales. Essential Qualifications 5+ years in sales, proven commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and winning new business in a field‑based role, managing end‑to‑end sales cycles. Experience selling both capital equipment and/or SaaS would be interesting. No industry experience required; we need driven sales individuals, looking for high calibre talent, not individuals with product experience. Strong ability to engage practice owners, clinicians, and decision‑makers with confidence and credibility. A passion for technology and willingness to install, educate, and train customers on advanced capital equipment and SaaS. High levels of autonomy, self‑organisation, and customer‑centricity. German Fluency and English to a professional level. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Why Join?
