Project Manager / Delivery Manager (German Speaking)

We’re currently partnered with a fast-growing digital solutions company building impactful software platforms across the public and education sectors. Their work supports millions of users across Germany and includes projects focused on social impact, accessibility and public services.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a German-speaking Project Managerto join the team and help drive multiple digital projects forward across both technical and customer-facing environments.
What you’ll be doing:
• Coordinating and managing multiple digital projects simultaneously
• Running sprint planning, delivery coordination and project organisation
• Acting as the bridge between technical teams and customers
• Leading stakeholder and customer communication
• Supporting project delivery from both an operational and strategic perspective
• Collaborating closely with developers, designers and partner agencies
• Helping improve structures, processes and delivery workflows
What they’re looking for:
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and strong English communication skills
• 3+ years’ experience within Project Management, Delivery or similar environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Technical understanding and confidence working with development teams
• Someone proactive, organised and comfortable in fast-moving environments
• Stable career background with no major job hopping
Nice to have:
• Startup or scale-up experience
• Exposure to product-focused environments
• Technical or software delivery background
