Management of global IT products in the area of financial applications for Reinsurance Accounting
Management of business requirements and consulting business to fulfill business strategy, using market and technical innovation knowledge
Initiating projects and conducting implementation of change requests, planning and executing product releases, conducting sign-off procedures
Responsibility for a stable run of the products, including setup and management of all relevant processes for run, support, incident and monitoring - aligned with the needs of the business. In case of major incidents escalation and management of solution
Conducting and updating compliance gates and checking that the products are running secure and compliant including all aspects of VAIT (regulatory requirements for IT)
Management of product costs and budgets
Management of software licenses needed for the product
Several years of experience in IT application development and hence in-depth knowledge of the entire software development and product life cycle
Experience with agile project management including leading teams and being responsible for all financial aspects
Experience in the management of diverging interests of various stakeholders, ability to set priorities in a pragmatic and efficient way
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps would be advantageous
Fluent spoken and written English and German as well as willingness to travel internationally
