10. You will manage design and wider consultant teams in a collaborative manner to ensure effective completion of responsibilities.
11. You will lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).
12. You will actively network, innovate, and seek understanding of best practice, utilising the full depth of knowledge of Mace Group, the Centres of Excellence, Mace Way Control Centre and Knowledge Hub.
You’ll need to have:
13. Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
14. Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the Pharma sector.
15. Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
16. Commercial and financial acumen.
17. Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
18. Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
19. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on
