Facility Manager Position
The organization is responsible for providing the necessary space and buildings for federal authorities, supporting the federal government's real estate policy goals.
Our Facility Management department operates a diverse portfolio of objects, including ministerial buildings in Berlin and Bonn, federal courts, research institutions, and facilities used by the Federal Police, the Bundeswehr, or the German Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW).
As a facility manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting technical property managers in all aspects of technical building management
* Supporting operational TGM processes
* Preparing a sustainable technical building operation
