Your responsibilities
Outreach & acquisition
• Proactively reach out to HR managers, people leaders, and decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Present the FutureBens platform and explain how our benefits can support their employer branding
• Attend events and trade fairs to represent FutureBens, build relationships, and grow our network
Account management
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate partners
• Ensure that FutureBens is regularly communicated and actively used within partner companies
• Keep HR contacts updated on new features and partnership opportunities
Business development & projects
• Identify and research large employers and strategic target accounts in Germany
• Develop and test new outreach and lead generation strategies
• Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns and partnerships
Qualifications
* Experience in sales strategy development and implementation
* Strong relationship management and client engagement skills
* Proven track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and product teams
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Fluency in English and
German
* Experience in the employee perks or related industry is a plus
