Hardware Production Manager for CO2 capture Berlin, Germany Working field: Our co-founding team will support you in setting up your role and securing strategies and finances to get production going. Over the next 6 - 12 months, you will focus on production activities and development, consolidating the team, and engaging with contractors. As a production manager (m/f/d) position, you will manage the company through the production process and scale-up activities. Your tasks: Manage production team, further developing the product and production strategy. You will be responsible for the company’s product production finalization. You will be in direct contact and communication with CEO and CTO. Build partnerships that help the company grow strong in electrochemistry applications, gas processing, and analytical technologies. Implementation of procurement strategies. Build a solid company culture. Identify and manage new hiring targets to further build up a strong hiring funnel. Requirements: At least one year of professional experience in a management role, ideally in a corporate environment or a B2B startup, company builder, or strategy/innovation consulting firm. Experience in management interdisciplinary teams and inventory. Ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, in-depth presentation, and moderation skill. You are communicative and open to developing the existing partner network further. You speak English and German at a fluent business level. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. Is a plus if: You have experience in Hardware production processes. You are familiar with working in hardware companies and R&D teams, especially with know-how in analytical instrumentation, laboratory devices, and hardware manufacturing.
