Your tasks
8. Responsible for creating and maintaining training materials for CSM IT systems and independently conducting system training for new employees related to CSM IT systems.
9. Responsible for mapping processes of external partners in CSM IT systems, including master data management and considering the impact on all relevant system functionalities.
10. Responsible for handling requests and problem solving related to the functionality of CSM IT systems and independently solving highly complex incidents from root cause analysis to resolution.
11. Independently define new global processes within CSM from a system functionality perspective and in the creation of user requirement specifications.
12. Preparation and implementation of IT interfaces to CSM IT systems and system requirements.
13. Research, collection and visualization of statistics and KPIs. Development of IT solutions for new local processes and process optimizations in cooperation with the respective department, from the idea through the test phase to implementation.
14. Take ownership of system lifecycle activities, documentation, UAT approvals, system access approvals and coordination of upgrade and system change activities with respective business and IT partners.
15. Coordinates the creation and updating of global standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions and clinical supply management training materials related to the Clinical Supply Systems Business Excellence Group IT systems.
Your profile
16. Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification, preferably in IT or a related field of study, with generally at least 7 years of professional experience or Master's degree or comparable qualification with generally at least 5 years of professional experience.
17. Experience in clinical drug development or GMP/GCP required.
18. Good knowledge of database setup and usage and strong SQL skills.
19. Experience in one of the following areas required: clinical supply chain (e.g. clinical supply systems), application development using Python, IT systems support.
20. Strong customer focus and prioritization skills required.
21. Proactive approach to problem solving, out of the box thinking and ability to find creative solutions to individual problems.
22. Business fluent in German
