We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Mechanical System Integration buyer" (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
1. Ensure coordination with Airbus procurement, engineering and programme teams to formulate the appropriate procurement strategies for A220 program and to secure and stabilise the production
2. Manage procurement activities like call for tenders RFI (Request for Information), prepare and conduct negotiations until contract signature, manage contract templates, follow-up execution and prepare amendments
3. Development of large internal and external networks
4. Ensure professional and trusting supplier relationship management with major aeronautical industry players and uphold the company ethics and compliance standards in all dealings
5. Support procurement and A220 program governance and management meetings
6. Review of competitiveness, participation on multi-functional teams, task force and risks reviews
Your profile:
7. Completed studies in the field of engineering or a comparable qualification
8. More than three years of professional experience in the field of Procurement and Supplier management
9. More than one year of professional experience in the field of Contract Management
10. Good knowledge in project Management
11. Good knowledge of Google Workspace
12. Fluent in English
13. Basic Knowledge of German
