JOB OPENING Title: Project Manager Location: Kaiserslautern, Germany Start Date: TBD Job-Type: Full-Time, On-Site with Travel Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Healthcare Requirements Analysis (HCRA) study for the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) in Germany. The Project Manager will lead and coordinate planning and analysis efforts across multiple healthcare projects, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful execution of project deliverables. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep subject matter expertise in healthcare architecture and engineering, particularly within the federal sector. Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Architecture or Engineering (required) Minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare architecture/engineering, preferably in the federal sector Strong client engagement and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and operational recommendations Familiarity with federal healthcare systems and DHA planning methodologies is a plus Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Lead, facilitate, and oversee analysis and planning on multiple healthcare project types Create and communicate relevant solutions to complex problems through thoughtful analysis Serve as the engagement manager and primary point of contact for client relationships Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership on high-profile projects Develop project budgets, conduct negotiations, and review/approve contracts Ensure alignment with DHA planning criteria, federal regulations, and project deliverables Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and government stakeholders Guide the development of HCRA reports, strategic initiatives, and planning documentation Support the preparation and submission of all required project deliverables DOCPER/SOFA/Logistical Support Status This position is eligible for support under NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) supplemental agreement articles 72 or 73.
