As a Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of your sales pipeline—nurturing leads, driving viewings, closing deals, and ensuring an excellent onboarding experience for our clients new members. You’ll be the bridge between our clients brand and Berlin’s growing business community.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
* Drive inbound and outbound sales through a variety of lead streams
* Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to meet monthly and annual revenue targets
* Directly target potential members via email campaigns and strategic outreach.
Broker & Partner Relations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial brokers and referral partners
* Keep them informed of availability and promotional offers
* Leverage partnerships to generate high-quality leads.
Touring & Conversion
* Conduct in-person and virtual tours of our clients spaces
* Understand client needs through consultative selling
* Educate prospects on our clients product offerings and value-added services.
Negotiation & Closing
* Develop tailored pricing proposals
* Negotiate agreements that meet both our clients needs and internal targets
* Draft contracts and support renewals with the Community Team.
Reporting & Strategy
* Own CRM accuracy and sales reporting
* Analyse pipeline data to identify trends, drop-offs, and top-performing channels
* Provide strategic sales insights to leadership.
Marketing & Brand Management
* Collaborate with the marketing team on listings and campaign effectiveness
* Offer real-time feedback on lead quality and market dynamics
* Represent and grow our clients brand within the Berlin Real Estate landscape.
Finance Collaboration
* Work with Finance to ensure favourable payment terms and align with financial goals.
Success Metrics
* Achieve agreed revenue targets
* Maintain accurate CRM and reporting
* Support new location launches to reach 90% occupancy within 9 months
* Achieve list price or better on renewals.
Language Skills
* German: Minimum B2 (Upper Intermediate)
* English: Professional working proficiency.
Base salary €60,000 OTE €96,000.
Hybrid working model (2–3 days/week in the Berlin office)
