Your Tasks
1. Management and maintenance of the process landscape in accordance with market and customer requirements
2. Further development of the company in accordance with the requirements of EN 9100-2018
3. Management of official operating licences in accordance with the current scope of approval
4. Planning, conducting and evaluating internal audits
5. Overseeing certification and customer audits
6. Initiating and managing corrective measures and reviewing their effectiveness.
7. Maintaining and updating the MT-A management system, including incorporating official or customer-specific requirements
8. Supporting specialist departments in the creation/revision of QM documentation: process descriptions, VA's, AA's
9. Reporting audit results
10. Creating and holding internal training courses in the area of responsibility
Your Qualifications
11. Master craftsman, technician or engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the field of quality management
12. In-depth knowledge of EN 9100, Part 21 and 145
13. Very good written and spoken German and English
14. Willingness to travel on business
15. Confident and professional manner, including with regard to CoC, communication skills and conflict management, as well as negotiation and consulting skills
16. Confident use of MS Office and SAP R3
