Description We are looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager (m/f/d ) to join our Germany Team in our Berlin office and will be assigned to work on one or more projects. They will report to the Project Director, providing oversight for all aspects of day-to-day management of the project for which they are responsible. Responsibilities Support the Project Director with development of the project execution strategy. Coordinate project stakeholders, liase between the project and the client teams. Review architectural and engineering outputs for quality, completeness and compliance with the project brief. Manage changes to the project brief. Review contractor works for quality and compliance with the contract documents Assist in cost controls system for budget, cost, contract, change and risk. Maintain project management time schedule. Write progress reports and present to client team Qualifications The successful candidate has construction industry experience, a pro-active, solutions oriented mindset, and an aptitude for leadership. Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent academic or work experience. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Project Management role Experience with HOAI, AHO and VOB. Strong communication, management and organisational skills are essential. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Comfortable with a dynamic project environment. Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project MUSTbe fluent in German and business fluent in English LI-DS1
