What you´ll do
* Lead business expansion for Henkel Adhesive Technologies in the facade construction, window installation and prefabrication
* Take responsibility for portfolio steering and development to expand business
* Lead Marketing activities that support the business growth and creates new business opportunities
* Identify and scale adhesive applications and technologies across multiple countries and customer profiles (KAM and Distributors)
* Collaborate cross-functionally with application engineering and sales to align solutions with market needs
* Monitor trends, competitor activities, and innovation in the construction materials space
What makes you a good fit
* University degree in Engineering, Materials Science or related scientific field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, Project experience or Technical Sales, ideally in adhesives and/or construction materials
* Strong technical knowledge in adhesive technologies and applications relevant to facade construction and window installation
* Proven strategic thinking and business acumen with a track record in business growth and transformation with customer- oriented mindset
* Fluent German and English skills
