Job Description
* Take the lead in executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for industrial vehicle battery charging solutions across the EMEA region.
* Work closely with the headquarters product team and front-end sales team to develop comprehensive and customer-centric product documentation.
* Tailor value propositions and messaging to fit the EMEA market, ensuring alignment with product development, sales, and marketing communications (MarCom) teams.
* Gather and analyze market data and customer insights to refine product strategies.
* Track and monitor the progress of products and projects.
* Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops for sales teams, partners, and customers to highlight product features, benefits, and market positioning.
* Represent the product at industry trade shows in collaboration with the sales and MarCom teams.
* Assist the FAE team in resolving complex technical inquiries.
Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar qualification is preferred.
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in charging, battery technology, or a combination of product/project management and R&D, with at least 5 years specifically in product management.
* Proven ability to engage directly with clients to assess their needs, develop tailored solutions, and create mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Strong communication skills for effectively presenting findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in presentation, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
* Fluency in both German and English; additional European language skills are a plus.
* Willingness to travel up to 40%.
