Your Responsibilities:
7. Translate Vision to Execution: Turn the Business Product Owner's customer service direction into clear, actionable technical delivery roadmaps for the Freshdesk platform
8. Backlog Management: Own and manage the digital product backlog for Freshdesk, ensuring clear prioritization of features, omni-channel integrations, and system optimizations
9. Lead Delivery Teams: Lead external and internal development teams to deliver predictable, high-quality releases, custom marketplace apps, and stable ticketing operations
10. Optimize the Ecosystem: Drive the DevOps and administration setup for Freshdesk, including system monitoring, performance, SLA (Service Level Agreement) monitoring, and incident handling
11. Workflow Automation: Design and implement best-in-class ticket routing, automation rules, custom agent interfaces, and self-service knowledge bases/widgets
12. Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Solution Architects, UX/CX designers, Customer Support managers, Engineering teams, and Airbus IT counterparts
13. Governance and Security: Ensure full adherence to Airbus CyberSecurity, GDPR (data retention/privacy), and internal data governance standards regarding customer support data
Your Profile:
14. Completed studies in project management, computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
15. Several years of work experience in information systems, customer service and aerospace
16. Knowledge of Jira is required
17. Good knowledge in change management and project management
18. Knowledge in Google Workspace
19. Fluent English skills both spoken and written
