Inova Semiconductors is a pioneer in high-speed data transmission and smart lighting solutions for the automotive sector. In Munich, we develop high-tech solutions for current and future infotainment and ADAS systems as well as ambient and dynamic interior lighting - with a team that thinks visionarily, works ambitiously and lives short decision-making paths.
With APXpress, Inova is building the backbone for future zonal vehicle architectures. To accelerate adoption in Japan and Korea, we are looking for an experienced sales leader who can open doors, build strategic customer relationships and turn technology into design wins.
To strategically grow our business in APAC - with a particular focus on Japan and Korea - we are looking for an experienced sales personality who understands technology, develops customer relationships strategically and consistently drives design wins.

You act globally, work closely with sales and distribution partners, members of the ISELED Alliance, OEMs and internal technology teams, and actively shape the market success of our products.

From the beginning, you will take ownership of strategic customer relationships and business development activities in your region.
As Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d), your day-to-day work with us will look like this
* Expanding business with existing customers
* Securing design wins with selected new target customers for the entire product portfolio (Display-Link/APIX; lighting networks/ISELED & IlaS; SerDes-Sensor-Link/APXpress)
* Collaborating in parallel with sales/distribution partners, members of the ISELED Alliance, and OEMs
* Presenting and promoting the applications and benefits of the INOVA product portfolio to customers and automotive manufacturers
* Expanding the customer base and significantly increasing market share
* Responsibility for the global market
* Marketing activities (trade shows, conferences, website)
* Support with sales forecasting and sales budget planning
* Contract negotiations and conclusion of business agreements
* Budget estimates
* Product management
To feel comfortable in this role and grow successfully with us, you bring the following
* Degree in economics or a technical field✓ Experience in the semiconductor and/or automotive systems sector
* At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales and product management
* Proven track record in sales
* Strong analytical skills
* Quick learner
* Business acumen
* Positive and open attitude
* Team-oriented approach
* Excellent communication and intercultural skills
* Ability to perform under pressure
* Experience with MS Office, ERP, and CRM
* Fluency in German and English
