Project Manager - Business Implementation
This is a role that involves managing and coordinating the implementation of business projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
* To lead and coordinate the implementation of client onboarding projects, including new client launches, migrations, mergers, liquidations, and other events linked to changes in the client prospectus.
* To organize and participate in regular project conference calls/meetings with clients and external/internal stakeholders.
* To carry out a detailed gap analysis of client requirements to design the operating model in line with BNPP FDS target operating model.
* To manage the negotiation and signature of the FDS Operating Memorandum and other operational documentation with clients as required.
* To develop a close working and structured relationship with the FDS teams and service provider to ensure operational set ups and flows are in place and correct.
* To lead and coordinate the migration of mutual/hedge fund positions relating to the client event where applicable.
* To work closely with other members of the 'project team' to ensure transversal subjects, set ups and dependencies are addressed.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth execution of fund events with all internal and external stakeholders. To achieve this, they will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In order to succeed in this role, the candidate will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* In-depth technical and transversal Funds Dealing Services Business Knowledge (5 years minimum experience) in Operations department or business implementation team (non-IT role).
* Strong grasp of market infrastructure and familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards.
* Understanding regulatory requirements impacting custody (CSDR, AIFMD, UCITS, etc.).
* Fluent English and very good command of French.
