Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead key account development in Germany.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing direct sales activities with prospects and existing customers, as well as collaborating with local representatives of partner organizations.
This role is full-time and based in Germany.
Responsibilities
* Serve as an advocate and ambassador for the organization in key EV Charge Point Operators and Automotive OEMs.
* Pursue lead generation and sales activities following a structured solution enterprise selling approach.
* Maintain relationships with existing customer executives and facilitate agreement renewals and expansions.
* Lead the DACH team by example and share experience and advice related to complex solution selling.
* Develop a business strategy to meet and overachieve targets, identifying gaps and communicating resource needs to achieve goals.
* Collaborate with internal colleagues within various teams at the organization.
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in complex enterprise solution selling in technology/software/data platform companies.
* Proven track record of success in B2B sales, focusing on selling cybersecurity solutions to CISOs and IT/Operations executives.
* Experience in API security and territory sales team leadership or account team management.
* Driven by high-level goals and strong communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate with virtual teams globally and experience working in agile startup/scaleup organizations.
* Fluent communication skills in English and German.
