Pramac, as part of the third biggest diesel generator and the first gas generator manufacturer group worldwide, is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented DIY Sales Manager – Consumer Power to join our dynamic team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive the sales growth of our Consumer Power product range within the German market
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the DIY channel and increase market share
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and budget objectives
* Conduct thorough market analysis, identifying key trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the DIY sector
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers (buyers) within the DIY channel
* Manage customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction
* Analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, service) to achieve business objectives
* Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive developments within the DIY market
Requirements:
* 5 - 10+ years of successful sales experience in the DIY channel, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
* Strong understanding of the German market
* Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies to penetrate new markets
* Experience with CRM systems
* Valid driving license
* Fluent in english
