For our headquarter in Hechingen, we are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible:
Your mission
* You will manage the planning and procurement of our products and services - ensuring that our essential products can be manufactured and delivered at all times
* You will manage our suppliers worldwide and coordinate transportation and import for international orders
* You will keep a close eye on deadlines, costs, and on-time delivery, and negotiate the best prices and terms
* You solicit quotes and review invoices
* You manage complaints and returns
* You actively drive improvements in supplier performance—whether in terms of costs, quality, or on-time delivery
* You support our team in procurement projects and in the ongoing development of our suppliers
Your profile
* You have successfully completed a business apprenticeship and/or a relevant degree program
* You have at least two years of experience in operational procurement - and it’s even better if you have experience in the medical technology sector
* You have excellent German and English skills—both spoken and written
* You are probably familiar with MS Office and ERP systems - ideally, even with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
* You have a knack for negotiation and can assert yourself confidently
* You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner, while remaining a true team player and able to handle pressure
* You think entrepreneurially and tackle tasks with dedication and initiative
