For our headquarter in Hechingen, we are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible in part-time (50 %):
Your mission
* You are responsible for procuring office supplies, occupational safety equipment, technical and electronic components, and small parts
* You check invoices, process complaints, and coordinate returns
* You proactively work to improve supplier performance in terms of costs, quality, and delivery reliability
* You support us in purchasing projects and supplier development
* You are the purchasing interface to the accounting department
Your profile
* You have successfully completed commercial training
* You have at least two years of relevant professional experience in operational purchasing, ideally in medical technology
* You are fluent in German and have good written and spoken English skills
* You are confident in using MS Office and have experience with ERP systems
* You have strong communication and negotiation skills and act in an entrepreneurial manner
* You work in a structured, independent, and team-oriented manner and remain resilient even in stressful situations
