Department
Production Engineering has the mission to organize our manufacturing processes and facilities as lean as possible. We achieve this by innovating, setting up new processes and systems, and continuously improving our existing production processes and optimizing our logistic chain. To strengthen this team, we are looking for a process engineer to support our manufacturing processes (assembly lines, logistic chain, automatic processes, brazing, pressure equipment, utilities, …)
Requirments:
1. Bachelor/Master technical university degree – preferred in logistics or similar engineering degree
2. Fluent English is must
3. SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) knowledge – nice to have
4. Knowledge of 2D & 3D CAD is an advantage
5. Team collaboration – works effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and solution-oriented environment
6. Attention to detail – ensures accuracy in logistics processes, documentation, and inventory control
7. Continuous improvement attitude – actively seeks opportunities to optimize internal logistics processes and reduce waste
Responsibilities:
8. Coordinating the flow of materials between warehouses, production lines, and support departments
9. Monitoring inventory levels and controlling component availability in the ERP system
10. Collaborating with the production department on schedules and priorities for internal deliveries
11. Preparing reports on internal logistics efficiency (delivery times, costs, KPI indicators)
12. Implementing safety and quality standards in internal transport operations
13. Participating in optimization projects (Lean, Kaizen) related to material flow and production line
14. Supporting the implementation of new technologies (e.g., tracking systems, transport automation)
