Aufgaben

🚀 Your Role

As our Junior Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our commercial journey.
You will identify, qualify, and engage energy-intensive businesses, helping them understand how flexible energy supply and smart battery storage can reduce costs and increase resilience.

This role starts with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and opportunity qualification, working closely with our founders and sales leadership.
As you grow, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle and develop into a Sales Manager — building long-term relationships with clients that rely on our solutions for their energy transition.

You will shape how companies adopt modern, flexible energy solutions and play a key part in driving Einklang’s market expansion.


Qualifikation

🧩 What You’ll Do

* Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through proactive outreach and market research
* Identify and qualify leads across manufacturing, logistics, retail, and other energy-intensive sectors
* Conduct discovery calls to uncover energy challenges, savings potential, and decision processes
* Collaborate with founders to craft tailored solutions and support customer proposals
* Nurture prospects and guide them toward product demos and technical scoping
* Maintain clear CRM hygiene and track pipeline stages reliably
* Over time, own the complete sales cycle and grow into an Account Manager role
* Represent Einklang at industry events and conferences when needed

* Clear, confident communicator with a consultative approach
* Passionate about the energy transition and motivated to learn fast
* Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment where you take initiative and responsibility
* An analytical mindset with the ability to explain value clearly and simply
* Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a strong plus, but not required
* German fluency required, English proficiency a strong plus.
