Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to join our Logistics - Payments team, on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
As a Payment Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for revolutionizing the payment experience for our global rider community. Your role will involve owning the definition, calculation, and optimization of rider payments metrics, as well as managing the product roadmap for all rider payment touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a product strategy that meets business objectives, improves the rider experience, and optimizes the Cost per Order (CPO) efficiency.
1. Develop and enhance payment algorithms to accurately calculate rider payments based on dynamic variables such as location, distance, delivery volume, and time factors.
2. Implement flexible payment rules and dynamic schemes to optimize CPO efficiency while ensuring fair compensation for riders.
3. Be able to analyze impact and drive product decisions based on the impact.
4. Define and manage the product roadmap for all rider payment touchpoints, including rider and manager-facing tools.
5. Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements that align with business goals and regional requirements.
6. Collaborate with product designers to create intuitive and user-friendly payment interfaces for both riders and managers.
7. Conduct user research and analyze feedback to identify key areas for product improvement and optimization.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in rider payments, leveraging insights to inform product decisions and drive innovation.
9. Own a clear set of KPIs to measure the impact of implemented solutions and ensure continuous improvement.
10. Identify and prioritize competing requirements from regional stakeholders (South Korea, APAC, MENA, EU, LATAM) and translate them into actionable milestones and deliverables.
11. Tailor payment solutions to reflect regional cost of living, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
12. 6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus in logistics/ride hailing/food delivery businesses
13. Ability to write queries (, SQL) and work comfortably with data, dashboards, and analytics tools
14. High standard for execution; track record of successfully launching and constantly improving innovative products, on web and/or mobile devices (iOS/Android)
15. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to back up assumptions, recommendations, and to drive prioritization on initiatives
16. Ability to weigh competing priorities, push back on stakeholders, and evaluate product requests and opportunities
17. Ability to collaborate and lead across functional boundaries and multiple verticals
18. Experience with A/B testing and/or other lean testing methodologies
19. Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on-time and within budget
Nice to have:
20. In-depth experience in OKR methodologies with squad and tribe structures
21. Knowledge of the logistic/last mile industry and/or mobile app development is a plus.
22. Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA or Asana
