Drive Business Growth in AEC

Role Overview: As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth within your assigned region, focusing on the AEC industry. You will work closely with clients, understanding their business challenges, and positioning our construction software solutions to address their needs.

Your role will require a strategic approach to account management, including new business development, relationship management, and pipeline growth. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the AEC industry, excellent sales skills, and a proven ability to engage with stakeholders across different levels.



  • Key Responsibilities

    * Develop Strategic Sales Plan: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the assigned territory.
    * New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the AEC sector.
    * Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing customized software solutions.
    * Presentation and Demonstration: Deliver engaging presentations and product demos to showcase the value of our construction and BIM software solutions.
    * Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
    * Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.
    * Industry Insights: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
    * Customer Interaction: Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance, pipeline development, and customer interactions.


    Required Skills and Qualifications

    * A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the AEC industry, preferably in software or technology.
    * A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    * Experience managing a sales pipeline, conducting client meetings, and leading negotiations.
    * The ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in construction, architecture, and engineering firms.
    * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
