Your Profile
10. Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in data-driven or AI-powered products
11. Experience with: Recommendation engines (. product recos, content personalization)
12. Retail, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
13. Familiarity with: SQL / BigQuery (ability to explore data independently)
14. Experimentation platforms and A/B testing frameworks
15. Understanding of: AI/ML lifecycle and data dependencies
16. Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing ecosystems
17. Strong understanding of:
Recommendation systems / personalization concepts Customer behavior and digital journeys
18. Experience working with: Data teams (Data Engineering, Data Science) Agile development environments
19. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and interpret KPIs and experiments
20. Ability to translate complex data/AI topics into business value
21. Strong product thinking with data-first mindset
22. Ability to balance business impact vs. technical feasibility
23. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
24. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
25. Fluent in English (German is a plus)
