Aufgaben
* Subject matter and disciplinary leadership of three concrete stoneworks in Bavaria and in Urmitz near Koblenz.
* Responsibility for occupational safety and compliance with existing rules and regulations.
* Ensuring high quality standards and contributing to continuous improvement.
* Developing and optimizing technical and organizational work processes.
* Close cooperation with sales and other departments.
* Planning and monitoring compliance with the operating and investment budget.
Profil
* Leadership experience or leadership ability.
* Teamworking and willingness for cross‑departmental project work.
* Technical university degree or comparable training such as technician or industry master.
* Experience in the concrete stone industry and desired concrete technological knowledge.
* Knowledge in mechanical engineering and process technical knowledge.
* High willingness to change and learn.
* Project management knowledge desired.
