Your opportunity:
1. Lead global quality management and all quality-related activities across Business Line EIS
2. Define and execute the global quality strategy, assessing organizational maturity and developing roadmaps to strengthen product and process quality across the organization
3. Accountable for achieving annual and strategic quality targets for Business Line EIS
4. Develop and lead the global quality organization, coaching local teams and ensuring the effective implementation of quality standards, tools, and methodologies
5. Define and ensure quality KPIs and targets, monitor COPQ performance, analyze results with EIS sites and drive improvement actions
6. Ensure robust quality processes across the product lifecycle, including APQP/PPAP, control and test plans, structured change management, and systematic problem-solving
7. Oversee customer and supplier quality management, including the resolution of major quality incidents, customer complaints, supplier issues, and the alignment of key specifications
8. Promote best practices and continuous improvement through active participation in EHS, QM, and OPX reviews
Your profile:
9. Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
10. Several years of experience in quality management within an international manufacturing environment
11. Proven leadership experience in global or multi-site organizations
12. Experience in managing complex quality incidents, customer complaints, and supplier quality topics in an international environment
13. Deep expertise in quality methodologies and tools, such as PPAP, FMEA, root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D)
14. Strong track record in developing and implementing quality strategies, including KPI systems and continuous improvement initiatives
15. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
16. Strong communication skills in English and German
