From Grafschaft, our team carries out timber construction projects of all types and sizes – also as a general contractor. Our team of around 20 people is responsible for sales, development, planning, and project management throughout Germany.

• Responsibility for the sales of our turnkey building construction and modular construction projects as well as our own timber construction services
• Acquisition, support and consultation of clients as well as participation in project development and preparation of offers
• Building and maintaining a strong network with clients, subcontractors and partners
• Conducting offer and contract negotiations with clients as well as coordination with subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Representing our company at events, trade fairs and client meetings
• Close collaboration with estimation, project management and site management as well as supporting projects until their successful completion
• Completed technical or craft training in building construction, ideally with further qualification as master craftsman, technician, engineer or architect
• Solid experience in sales of turnkey construction and timber construction projects
• Independent, structured and careful way of working as well as quick comprehension and entrepreneurial thinking
• Good IT skills, particularly in the use of calculation software and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities and a confident appearance when dealing with clients and project partners
• Several years of professional experience in the sales of turnkey construction and timber construction projects as well as very good German language skills, both written and spoken
