Industrial Sales Expert
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to fill the role of Industrial Regional Sales Engineer.
This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth in the industrial sector within assigned territories in South Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. They will work closely with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify high-potential industrial customers and develop targeted plans to achieve yearly sales targets.
* Maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular communication and proactive follow-up opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support regional distribution business and assist in enrolling official distributors.
* Negotiate orders to mutual satisfaction, considering technical, commercial, and legal terms and conditions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* 5+ years' experience selling industrial pumps.
* Expertise in industrial pumps (ISO/ANSI, DIN, Mag-drive, multistage, split case, etc.).
* Fluent communication skills in English.
