🎯 Mission of the candidate

✨ Business Development: Expand business activities primarily in Dresden, Leipzig, and Chemnitz.
✨ Customer Engagement: Identify, target, and approach potential customers (End Users, OEMs, Facility Managements, Sales Channels).
✨ Networking & Market Presence: Actively participate in Silicon Saxony and build a strong local network.
✨ Sales Strategy Execution: Implement strategic sales initiatives to reach and exceed sales and order targets.
✨ Reporting & Insights: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and performance metrics to adjust strategies and maximise growth.


👍 Must-see points

✨ Language Skills: Fluency in German & English (C1+).
✨ Experience: Minimum 3 years in Key Account Sales, ideally in the semiconductor industry.
✨ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
✨ Sales Excellence: Strong track record in sales growth, contract negotiation, and deal closing.
✨ Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions.
✨ Networking Strength: Proven ability to build long-term business relationships.

✨ Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across Germany.
